- Challenge Database is constructed in a very specific electronic system tailored exclusively for our company. The system gives very prompt and perfect information about all suitable candidates for the position according to specific criteria of the search.
- Database is continuously updated and completed with new CVs of candidates presenting their interest in enlisting to Challenge DB. All necessary information and data on each enlisted candidate are regularly updated.
- Database contains more then 6.750 of candidates for the positions of middle to top management.
- Other 4.740 of candidates are registered as specialists for lower management positions and administration.
